Good Days Upon Us and Good Things Around Us

The CHJCC was created for a reason. It possesses an inherent purpose that is distinguished from that of the Mosdos and other Crown Heights establishments. Its purpose is to run as a professional infrastructure upon which the community can rely. Its function includes maximizing benefit to the community by establishing recognition in government offices and solidifying diplomatic ties to a wide range of agencies.
There are so many matters, ideas, complaints and suggestions that could be included into the responsibility of the CHJCC’s consideration that isolating any issue to a narrow focus of concentration would in effect cause the neglect of matter possessing an equal or greater degree of urgency. The preferred method of approach is to focus on the infrastructure by which matters are addressed.

In other words, the greatest concentration must be invested into logistical processes of handling all matters. It must include a filtering process of issue assessment, advertising and implementation as well as disposal regarding matters that are not repairable.

All factors considered, there is certainly a need to raise the bar of our methods of executing tasks and reaching our goals. The first step is to change the lens of focus when viewing our common goals and aggregating our resources to reach success. We will accept that the fear of conflict on many topics is not an obstacle that cannot be overcome. Conflict is healthy to the extent that it demands resolution. The “new lens” allow us to view our common dream, securely setting differences aside while making progress towards a dream that may be abstract at first.

Over the past year, since the last election my efforts have been rewarded with very positive feedback. The three steps below have been tested and reviewed by professionals in the respective fields.

My ties with government agencies have become stronger, the social services plan has been tested and modeled upon working, successful systems currently in existence, and the financial plan has been reviewed by two leading public relations firms in NYC.
