Changes are Coming
Erev Shabbos Parshas Mishpotim, a tremendous change took place in Crown Heights.
After years of maintaining two separate offices for the Beis Din, the office of Rabbi Aharon Yaakov Schwei, shlita was moved to the Badatz offices at 390 Kingston Ave.
One of the mandates of the psak made by the zabl"o was that all of the rabbonim of the Beis Din must convene in one location only.
Effective immediately, 390 Kingston is the sole address for the Beis Din Tzedek of Crown Heights.
Bringing all of the rabbonim under one roof begashmiyus, is a tremendous milestone in restoring a united Beis Din and a united Crown Heights.

ReplyDeleteyou did it man, take a moment to pat yourself on the back, you deserve it!!!
ReplyDeleteMazal Tov!
ReplyDeleteWe need a new healthy beginning for all of us in Crown Heights.
That it is beginning from the top - 'einey haeida' - is truly inspiring. I wish Rabbi Osdobo, Rabbi Shwey & Rabbi Braun lots of success in helping all of us build our community, family, friendships etc.
I'm very excited, this is truly a great beginning. (i understand that 'kol hatchalot kashot', but we must embark on this route. 99.9% of the community (not politicians) wants a new, calm, quiet & transparent beginning).
What are your thoughts on last nights "know your rights" event?
ReplyDeleteWho you fooling? Rabbi Osdoba doesn't accept neither of the other 2 Rabbonim!
ReplyDeleteWho has the hechsher? Rabbi Osdoba has to give it back... and your responsibility to get it from him.
